These Terms outline the rights and obligations of HireTale and the clients when using this ATS product. By using our product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


1. Usage Agreement


HireTale will provide product functionalities to you for storing, managing and processing candidates data. Our functionalities will be provided based on the common recruitment practices and customizations provided by you.


The agreement between HireTale and you is valid for the duration of the subscription. On expiry of the subscription, the product will cease to work. However, you retain and remain sole owner of all your data.


2. Fees and Refunds


The product is available as 30 days full-featured trial, and subsequently as free, monthly and yearly subscriptions. In case you are not happy with the quality, you are eligible for no-question-asked full refund of last charge, provided such a request is made within 14 days of the last charge.


You can cancel a subscription anytime in your customer portal on Stripe, which will take effect at the end of the then-current term.


3. Confidentiality:


HireTale agrees to treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.


4. Intellectual Property


All intellectual property rights related to the product shall remain the property of HireTale. You agree not to reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute HireTale’s intellectual property.


5. Limitation of Liability


HireTale will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.


You agree to indemnify and hold HireTale and its employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our product or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where HireTale is based.


Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.


Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you should not engage our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
